However, the company and its customer service has really gone down hill. Ordered a rope and according to their website it was in stock and they claim to ship out same day or next day. Mine didn't ship out for a week and it was sent by the slowest way possible putting the job it was intended for at risk. I contacted ropethe.com for at the very least an explanation but they simply ignored my request. I see how valued a customer I am. I can honestly say that will be the last time I purchase any product from ropethe.com. On a side note, Amanda the person who help me pick the correct rope was wonderful. Apparently the company just doesn't have enough "Amanda's" working for it. She is the only reason for 2 stars.
